This week has flown. I’m not sure what all I’ve done with it. We’re leaving to go back east this weekend, and I’m trying to leave a clean house. (Don’t you hate coming home to a dirty house?) So the last couple days have been laundry days, and I’m slowly getting everything vacuumed.

Tuesday night we celebrated St. Patty’s day with some “green eggs and ham” (I made spinach scrambled eggs and bacon) and of course some beer and cookies ;). Sorry, my beer wasn’t Irish because I like Stella — I picked up Mikey some Guiness, though. He’s part Irish and I’m not, so I don’t have to follow any rules.

My spinach eggs were really good, by the way. With some Irish cheese I picked up at the store — gouda style. I’ve taken to putting fresh spinach in the mini food-processor. It’s so much easier to cook and so much more enjoyable to eat. Eat your greens, they’re good for you!

It’s time for House Hunters, and my dryer is buzzing.
