We had a great Thanksgiving. I hope everyone else did too. We missed half of our collective family (a lot!) but we did have a great time with Rosie, Tim and Dan!

The turkey was FANTASTIC. Really good, Mikey. We did a maple glazed grilled turkey breast on a maplewood plank. We basted it with with butter for the first part of the cooking, then it was basted with the maple glaze. We’ve never had such a juicy turkey ever! I usually think turkey doesn’t taste that great. Maybe my days of baking in the bag are over.
