We started our beer brewing adventure at Gallaghers’ Where U Brew on Saturday. It was so fun! I planned this for Mike for Christmas this year.

This place is really cool. You pick what kind of beer you want to make (after tasting a few if you like), then they give you a recipe and set you loose. They have all the ingredients, and you get really detailed instructions on how to put them all together in the pot (and when).

We’ll go back in two weeks to bottle our beer. You buy the bottles there, and they have all the equipment you need to fill and cap the bottles.
